About the Author

Niv Nissenson has over 15 years of CFO experience across the U.S. and Israel, working with startups, commercial enterprises, and Nasdaq-listed companies. Over his career, he has served as CFO for two companies US public companies, overseeing SEC reporting and investor relations.

He has raised significant debt and equity capital and led multiple ERP implementations, with a strong focus on NetSuite. His expertise spans FP&A, budgeting, operational finance, and the integration of finance with technology and AI. Niv has also founded and led his own wine-related startup in Napa, California.

Niv is currently the Founding Partner of Added Capital, a firm that helps companies with CFO services, capital raising, compliance, M&As, and financial ERP, tech, and AI solutions.

Niv holds an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a BA in History and Political Science from Tel Aviv University.

Outside of work, Niv is married and the proud father of three kids. He has a deep interest in history, current events, and wine, and enjoys exploring how lessons from the past can inform better decision-making in business and in life.
